For over a decade Bob has devoted himself full-time to Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
Before assisting at more than 18 workshops with Richard Schwartz, the creator of IFS, he was a frequent IFS workshop participant. Bob has completing all levels of the training, and continued to study with many senior IFS trainers.
Bob is proud to have co-authored a book with Richard Schwartz entitled, Many Minds, One Self.
All of Bob’s therapeutic work over the past 10 years, both professional and personal, has been exclusively IFS focused.
I have known Bob about 10 years and during that time I don’t know of anyone else who has been to more of my workshops as a participant or assistant, or has done more work on him or herself. As a result, he knows IFS intimately and deeply and is a strong teacher.
Also, the book we co-wrote, Many Minds, One Self, wouldn’t exist without his dedication to exploring everything related to IFS.
